Hitachi gone mad
In my personal opinion, Tech compies should present their ideas in professional, clean method. Hitachi on the other hand, just did a press release on their new technology to orient the bits in hard drive a different way to increase the data density, causing more data to be packed into a single hard drive, almost ten times they claim.
But the thing that I though was really weird was the fact that, their explanation was in a flash movie, which is extremly like a small kids show with music. Hitachi is singing about their hard drives and the principles behind it. Its actually quite frightening. They have a more professional explanation as well, but still. I hope the next thing wont be my digital IC chips data sheets comming in a audio cd where its sung as well. Here is a said link by singing hitachi, somewhat quite amusing as well.
